- Operational Data: Timesheet entries, leave requests, expense reports, support tickets, project details, billing information, invoices, and asset records created through normal use of the Platform.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns within the Platform.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and app version when accessing Alfred.
- Log Data: IP addresses, access times, and error logs for security and troubleshooting purposes.
2.3 Location Data & Mobile-Specific Information
- Precise Location Information: When you use the Alfred mobile application for smart attendance tracking (clocking in/out or break tracking), we collect precise geolocation data (GPS coordinates) if you have granted the app permission to access your location. This location data is collected only at the moment you perform an attendance action to verify your presence at designated work zones and is not tracked continuously in the background.
- Push Notifications: If you opt-in to receive notifications, we collect a unique device token to deliver real-time updates regarding timesheet status and support ticket responses. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device's operating system settings.
- Mobile App Diagnostics: We collect crash reports and app performance metrics (such as device type, operating system version, and event logs) to diagnose bugs and improve app stability.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Alfred Platform and its features.
- Process and manage your organization's HR, timesheets, leave, projects, invoicing, assets, tickets, and expenses.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls.
- Send service-related notifications (e.g., leave approvals, timesheet reminders).
- Monitor and analyze usage to improve performance and user experience.
- Verify geographical authenticity for GPS-enabled check-ins, check-outs, and break logs.
- Deliver real-time mobile push notifications for break reminders, leave updates, and ticketing changes.
- Detect, prevent, and address security issues and technical problems.

4. Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy
Alfred operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each organization's data is logically isolated and is never accessible by other organizations on the Platform. Your organization's administrators control who within your organization can access specific data through role-based permissions.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Within Your Organization: Data is accessible to authorized users within your organization based on their assigned roles and permissions.

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
